Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd is a business in the footwear industry that markets, sells and distributes these items to customers.
Delivery in South Africa
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 working days. Once collected by the courier service, your order should be delivered in a day or two unless you reside in an outlying area, then it may take longer. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. We will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition. We uses a reliable delivery service. If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your website profile. If you can not be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.
We supply free delivery for all purchases in major South African cities. If you live on a farm or outlying area please contact us before placing your order to check if we can deliver to your location and if an additional delivery fees are applicable.
We DO NOT offer international Delivery.
Damage or loss
Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product when couriered.
If you have purchased an item/s and decide you would prefer a different size or a new item/s entirely there are conditions in order to make an exchange. You will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the shoes and sending the replacement pair/s (only faulty products are paid for by Legion). The shoes must be unworn and in the same condition they were when you received them. Note: all exchanges are shipped through Postnet to Postnet, not the standard courier service to your address. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 30 days (usually much quicker). Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30% administration fee. Orders must be canceled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order else no refund will be made whatsoever.
Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd will only replace goods that are faulty due to poor workmanship or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.

By accepting these terms and conditions clients agree that Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd may inform them via social media, email or SMS of promotions and new developments among the products and services we offer. Clients can opt out of notifications by requesting it via the email address supplied below.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Debit Cards. Also by bank transfer into the Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
If proof of payment is not received within 48 of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Legion Footwear (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
